There is no place like Nigeria

Have you been wondering when Nigeria will change? Get serious. Nigeria is going through a gestation period. A whole lot of things have changed.
In Lagos for example, the cities are cleaner, the roads are near excellent. People have also started to pay taxes.
Many roads  have been dualized and surprisingly the "Molue" buses have either been removed or chased to remote cities
What have not changed in Nigeria?
People are still crazy about money. NEPA is still as bad if not even worse.
Some did say sometime ago that Nigeria supplies electricity to Cotonou. This doesn't make sense to me. How can Nigeria with epileptic power supply within the country supply steady power to another country?
